Booking conditions and cancellation policy

The following terms and conditions govern business transacted with Edge Gain Limited
(trading as Edge Gain Online) of Conifers, Rosebarn Lane, Wilstone, Tring HP23 4PZ hereinafter
referred to as "Edge Gain". Bootcamps and training sessions are hereinafter referred to as
"Courses".

Terms and conditions

Bookings

Bookings made by self-funding individuals must be paid for 10-working days from the start of
their course. If the booking is made within 10-working days prior to the course - payment will
be due immediately. Provisional bookings can not be accepted at this time unless confirmed
payment is made.

You can pay for your course via, BACS, credit/debit card [Stripe].Please see your card
provider for details about transaction charges.

Edge Gain reserves the right to require payment in cleared funds in advance where Edge Gain has not established satisfactory credit arrangements with you. By default all Limited or Plc, companies and education institutions will be provided with a credit account for their course on 10-day payment term. Self funding individuals do not have any credit facilities and will need to pay prior to the course.

Edge Gain reserves the right to change prices without notice, but this will not affect any course you have already paid for or agreed to pay for in writing or email.

We will email you confirmation by email, which includes a registration confirmation number
(invoice number). You’ll receive a separate email with instructions on how to join the course
online.

Cancellation

Cancelling your course more than 60 days prior to course commencement
If you cancel your course more than 60 working days prior to the course commencement date then you will receive a refund of the fees paid less 10% to cover administration fees. All cancellations must be received in writing or email and acknowledged by Edge Gain in writing or email.

Cancelling your course 60-30 working days prior to course commencement
If you cancel your course 60-30 working days prior to the course commencement date then you will receive a refund of the fees paid less 50%. All cancellations must be received in writing or email and acknowledged by Edge Gain in writing or email.

Cancelling your course 30-0 working days prior to course commencement
If you cancel your course 30-0 working days prior to the course commencement date then no refund is provided.

Edge Gain cancelling your course - all booking types
If Edge Gain cancels your original booking for any reason then you will receive a full refund. This also applies to any subsequent re-arrangement of the course - you have full flexibility to still cancel since the original course was cancelled by Edge Gain.

Delegate substitutions
Delegate substitutions are acceptable but changes must be agreed in writing by email at least 24 hours before the course begins and must be approved by Edge Gain.

Rescheduling by Edge Gain
In the event that it is necessary for Edge Gain to cancel or reschedule a course, we will give
a minimum of 3 working days notice. In such circumstances we will supply new dates for
when the course is scheduled to next run. Alternatively, we can offer a refund on the full
course if not yet taken. All liability by Edge Gain will be limited to the value of the original course fee and no other expenses incurred by any other means.

Refunds
All agreed refunds on courses will be applied within 10 working days.
